  It’s almost nine months to the day since we closed on our new home. We wanted to write you and let you know how much we appreciated the way you helped us through the entire process of visiting and selecting our new home.
   We remember how quickly you sprang into action when we called and said that we needed to move within four months. You quickly ascertained what we were looking for, what our constraints would be, and where we needed to live based on the requirements of my job. You put together a terrific list of homes for us to view and you helped us with your questions and comments as we visited each home you selected.
   You also led us through the process of obtaining a mortgage, buying homeowner’s insurance and finding a lawyer to help us close. The whole process could not have been any easier. And in hindsight, the folks you helped us find that provided the services above gave us great service at competitive prices.
   I think what we most appreciated however was your patience and your thoroughness. You really worked hard to help us find what we wanted. Some agents push a particular house or neighborhood, but you let us decide on which houses to visit and which houses we might want to visit a second time. We can say quite seriously that this whole experience couldn’t have been handled better.
   We want to thank you for your complete service and follow through. We felt that not only had we found a great realtor but a friend who really looked out for us. We had and have complete confidence in what you are doing.
